Apartment at Mavili Square

In this project we refurbished a 120m² (1.292ft²) apartment near Mavili Sq. in Athens, while retaining its original 1980s design character.

We improved the colour-matching of its elements by using a fresh green for the divider between kitchen and living room, which now correlates with the polished Ioannina marble of the floor and a heavier colour for the lower kitchen cupboards that now contrast with the white marble flooring. We repaired and refurbished the parquet floors and built-in furniture in all bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom.
The original sliding wooden windows and shutters were also refurbished and recovered their original appearance.

The refurbishment included the complete renewal of the electrical system, the plumbing and the heating radiators.
